They gave us our options and even gave us advice about things to look for if we decide to replace it rather than repair it. The service charge was far less than we expected, and they went above and beyond to help us avoid unnecessary expenses.

These guys were amazing!! I thought my dryer was broken. It wouldn't heat it's 19 years old but when they came, they recommended that we clean the dryer vent. It was an additional charge, but literally they fixed the drip that I've had in my washer for five years, cleaned the vent all the way out the roof and back down got the fluff from inside the dryer that I didn't even know was the number one cause of house fires all for less than half of what a brand new dryer would've cost me. Very happy with the service they provided and will definitely use them again!!
